How can you learn to write with clearness?
It is really not that difficult if you stick to a few simple rules:
- Keep your sentences short and simple.
- Keep one, and only one, idea in each sentence. Not two, one!
- Use bolding, italics and underlining when needed.
- Use connecting statements like: However, First, Second, Third, In fact, For example, For instance. (They create flow in your writing)
- Read and study other writers relentlessly.
These few tips will dramatically improve the clarity of your writing.
They are simple because they work!
